In 2003, David co-founded Homeward Bound Solutions and Lone Tree Ventures. As a result, David has a broad based background in real estate including buying and selling, fix and flip, lease to own, property management, staging and leasing. Using creative strategies, David has been doing residential real estate deals in three states including Colorado, Florida and Nevada over the last 7 years.

Prior to real estate, David worked in corporate America for 20 years including work at American Airlines, Sabre and Electronic Data Systems. While at American Airlines, David and his team negotiated multi million dollar contracts in support of American Airlines’ Corporate Real Estate Group.

David received his BS in Economics from Oregon State University in 1985. Additionally, David is a licensed Colorado real estate agent and a member of the Denver Board of Realtors. Before investing in real estate on a full time basis, David began buying investment homes as a hobby and it wasn’t long before he realized real estate would become less of a hobby and more of a full time career.
